Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges on orders once they have been placed.
However, if your order arrives damaged or we have made an error and sent you the wrong size than the one ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to find a suitable solution.

How To Measure Your Nails
Use a measuring tape and measure the widest part of your nail.
Use a piece of paper or tape to wrap around the widest part of your nail. Draw lines at both ends of your nail then measure the length of the marked section.
Repeat Method 1 or 2 for each nail and record all the measurements. Compare with the "Nail Sizing Chart" below to select the best fitting size.
